Your account is at [app.getsite.ai/account](https://app.getsite.ai/account). ## Sign up and sign in Register with an email and a password of at least 8 characters, or **Continue with Google**. Every new account gets 60 bonus credits. Verifying your email adds 10 more; Google accounts are verified automatically. Accounts created from India or Brazil, or with the email of a deleted account, do not receive free credits. Password reset links are valid for one hour. Google-only accounts have no password; a password sign-in fails with *Invalid credentials*. Use **Continue with Google**, or set a password through **Forgot password?**. ## Credits Credits pay for AI work. Two pools: | Pool | Comes from | Expires | | - | - | - | | **Monthly** | Your plan. Reset to the plan amount on each renewal | Yes, unused credits do not roll over | | **Bonus** | Sign-up, email verification, purchased packages, rewards | Never | Monthly credits are spent first. Yearly subscribers receive their monthly credits month by month, not all at once. **Top up** buys bonus credits as a one-time purchase: | Credits | Price | | - | - | | 100 | \$20 | | 250 | \$40 | | 500 | \$70 | | 1,000 | \$120 | **Credit History** on the account page lists every grant and charge. Maker $10, Developer $40, Agency \$160 per month; yearly billing is 30% off. See [Pricing](/pricing/plans). **Changing plan**, up or down, or between monthly and yearly, takes effect immediately. Upgrades charge the prorated difference right away; when that invoice is paid your monthly balance is reset to the new plan's amount. Leftover monthly credits from the old plan are not carried over; bonus credits are untouched. Downgrading does not delete sites or domains above the new limit; you cannot add more until you are under it. Within 24 hours of signing up, the app shows a welcome offer: upgrade before it ends and every renewal grants 50% more monthly credits. ## Billing Payments go through Lemon Squeezy. **Manage billing & invoices** opens the Lemon Squeezy portal for invoices, receipts and card changes. The **Orders** table on the account page is a summary. If a renewal fails, the plan shows **Past Due**. Your sites stay live and your credits are untouched while you get reminder emails on days 0, 3 and 7. Update the card from the link in those emails or from **Manage billing & invoices**; once the charge goes through the plan is active again and nothing else changes. If the payment never goes through, the subscription ends: publishing stops, and monthly credits are removed once it is marked expired. Pick a plan again from **Upgrade your plan** on the account page to start a new subscription with fresh monthly credits. ## Cancel **Cancel subscription** keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. You are not charged again. Then the account drops to Free: one site, no publishing, no custom domains. Monthly credits are zeroed, bonus credits stay, and sites that are already live stay online. To undo a cancellation before the period ends, resume the subscription from **Manage billing & invoices**; the in-app **Resubscribe** button only opens the plans page, where your plan shows as **Current Plan**. After the period ends, pick any plan from the plans page to start a new subscription. A Past Due plan cannot be cancelled in the app; cancel it from **Manage billing & invoices**. ## Delete account **Delete account** asks you to type your email. Cancel your subscription first; deletion is blocked while one can still renew, including a Past Due one. Deleting takes every site offline, revokes API keys and closes the account. It cannot be reopened, and the same email does not get free credits again. ## Email preferences | | | | - | - | | **Notifications** | Uptime alerts, domain renewal and transfer reminders, visit milestones, the weekly traffic digest, and the warning before an unlinked free subdomain is removed | | **Newsletter** | Product updates and promotions | Both can also be switched off from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails. ## Branding [app.getsite.ai/account/branding](https://app.getsite.ai/account/branding) stores a brand kit: name, tagline, logo, favicon, a color scheme or custom primary, secondary and accent colors, heading and body fonts, a description of your brand voice, and social links. The builder asks whether to apply it when you create a site. Email campaigns have a **Use branding** switch. ## API keys Agency plan. See [REST API](/developers/api).
