Overview
GetSite uses a credit-based system for various operations within the platform. This flexible approach allows you to allocate resources according to your specific needs while maintaining a predictable subscription cost.
Credit Allocation
Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits:
Free Plan
0 monthly credits
Maker Plan
100 monthly credits
Developer Plan
500 monthly credits
Agency Plan
2,500 monthly credits
New Account Bonus
All new accounts receive a bonus of 15 credits upon registration, regardless of plan!

Credit Management

Access Account Settings
Navigate to app.getsite.ai/account.
View Credits Balance
Your current credit balance is displayed prominently in the dashboard.
Check Credit Usage
View detailed credit usage history to understand where your credits are being spent.
Purchase More Credits
If needed, purchase additional credits to supplement your monthly allocation.
Credit Rollover and Renewal
Monthly Renewal
Credits are replenished at the beginning of each billing period based on your subscription plan:
- Credits are automatically added to your account
- Unused credits from previous months do not roll over
- Your credit balance is reset to your plan’s allocation upon renewal
Credit Reset Timing
Credits are reset at the start of your billing cycle, not at the beginning of the calendar month.
Plan Changes
When changing plans, your credits are adjusted accordingly:
- Upgrading: Receive a prorated amount of additional credits immediately
- Downgrading: Your credit balance will be adjusted at the start of your next billing cycle
Additional Credit Packages
If you need more credits than your plan provides, you can purchase additional credit packages:
Small Package
100 credits for $20
These additional credit packages:
- Are a one-time purchase (not subscription-based)
- Do not expire
- Stack with your monthly credit allocation
- Can be purchased at any time from your account dashboard
