Connect your Stripe account and create Stripe Payment Links from GetSite. The links live in your Stripe account, checkout happens on Stripe, and the money goes to you. GetSite adds no fee. Developer plan and above. Manage at app.getsite.ai/payments.

Connect Stripe

  1. Click Connect Stripe. The dialog links to a Stripe page that creates a restricted key with the two permissions GetSite needs: Products: Read and Payment Links: Write.
  2. Copy the key. It starts with rk_live_. Test keys are not accepted.
  3. Paste it and Save key.
Remove key disconnects Stripe and clears the link list in GetSite. Your links in Stripe are untouched. Create a link and add one or more products: Under After payment choose Show a message on Stripe’s confirmation page or Redirect to a URL. Promotion codes, phone collection, tax and custom fields are not configurable here. Edit the link in Stripe afterwards for those.

Put it on a site

  • While building a site: if you have active links, the builder asks Add your payment links to this page? and offers up to 5 of them. Answer Yes, add my products; with more than one link it then asks Which products should the page feature?, where you pick one, type a product name, or choose All of them.
  • On an existing page: paste the link URL into Edit with AI, for example add a Buy now button that links to https://buy.stripe.com/….
There is no payment widget. A payment link is a URL and renders as a button or link. The Payments page lists your active links (up to 100) with price and product. Open checkout opens the Stripe checkout. Disable link deactivates it in Stripe; re-enable it from Stripe. Sync refreshes the list, which also picks up links you created directly in Stripe. Payments, customers, refunds and payouts are in your Stripe dashboard. GetSite does not show them.
